On August 29,2021, IEC61850 digital substation protection relay testing kit was used in 220KV Dashiqiao substation in yingkou City, Liaoning Province for helping the end user finalize the commissioning test work. The intelligent point-to-point work includes using digital relay test equipment for scanning remote motion database, SCD file import and calibration, using digital substation protection relay test kit and ground harmonic set control for intelligent point control.
